Standing Office 81 is the Standing Office of the National Focal Point of Vietnam for countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as provided for in Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP of 11 November 2019 of the Government on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The Ministry of National Defence is the National Focal Point.
