a. A 'cold area' greater than 0,09 m2;
b. A density greater than 3 g/cm3; and
c. A thickness of 100 mm or greater.
Technical Note:
In 1A227 the term 'cold area' means the viewing area of the window exposed to the lowest level of radiation in the design application.
