Focal units use the Suspicious information section of the Agency portal. Submissions through this channel are encrypted at rest and visible only to staff with the corresponding operational permission.

A submission should state: what happened, when and where, the organisations or individuals involved, the goods or transactions concerned, the source of the information, and any supporting documents. The more specific the information, the faster the verification.

In urgent cases, contact the duty officer by telephone (see Contact) and then submit the full details through the portal so that a record exists.

Organisations and individuals that are not focal units may send information through the Contact page.
