Unofficial translation from the Vietnamese original.

Viet Nam is a party to the core non-proliferation and disarmament instruments, including the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) and the Treaty on the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone.

Viet Nam also implements the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions: Resolution 1540 sets a general obligation on all States to prevent non-State actors from acquiring weapons of mass destruction, while Resolutions 1718 and 2231 are tied to specific sanctions regimes.

The full list of treaties, each with a summary, is published under International treaties.
