1.C.11.Metals and compounds, as follows:

a. Metals in particle sizes of less than 60 µm whether spherical, atomised, spheroidal, flaked or ground, manufactured from material consisting of 99% or more of zirconium, magnesium and alloys thereof;
Note The metals or alloys specified in 1.C.11.a. also refer to metals or alloys encapsulated in aluminium, magnesium, zirconium or beryllium.
Technical Note
For the purposes of 1.C.11.a., the natural content of hafnium in the zirconium (typically 2% to 7%) is counted with the zirconium.
b. Boron or boron alloys, with a particle size of 60 µm or less, as follows:
1. Boron with a purity of 85% by weight or more;
2. Boron alloys with a boron content of 85% by weight or more;

c. Guanidine nitrate (CAS 506-93-4);
d. Nitroguanidine (NQ) (CAS 556-88-7);
