On 5 November 2021, the Ministry of National Defence – the National Focal Point of Vietnam for countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction – sent an official letter to ministries, sectors and localities requesting reports on the implementation of the Government's Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP of 11 November 2019 on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Ministries, sectors and localities are kindly requested to submit their reports in accordance with the guidance.
